What is The Working Club?
The Working Club is a coworking space providing a professional environment for freelancers, startups, and professionals. We also offer private offices and entire floors for rental, with a minimum commitment of 4 weeks. Everything is managed through our app, allowing members to book spaces and access various features easily.
Where are The Working Club spaces located?
You can find us in Lugano, but soon you’ll find us also in Zurich.
For how long can I rent a desk or an office in the Working club?
We offer flexible booking options. You can book a daily desk for single-day use. For fixed desks, private offices, or entire floor rentals, the minimum booking period is 4 weeks.
Is smoking in the offices permitted?
Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, is not permitted within The Working Club building. However, designated outdoor smoking areas have been provided for your convenience.
Are pets inside the Working Club allowed?
We are animal lovers, but to ensure a clean and healthy workspace for everyone, pets are not allowed inside The Working Club.
SERVICES
Which services are included in the Working Club?
Your membership includes: classic secretarial services (mail management), access to Working Club events, unlimited access to the event terrace (with the possibility to host your own event after 6 PM), office cleaning and maintenance, access to meeting rooms and the podcast/livestream room (subject to availability and booking), snacks and coffee in the 3rd-floor kitchen, and unlimited Wi-Fi.
Which are the on-demand services?
Our on-demand services include: a dedicated phone line with a virtual switchboard, IT support (hourly rate), and catering services.
How do I book for a service?
Everything you might need is bookable through the Working Club App, download to discover them and customize your experience.

Do the offices have Wi-Fi access?
Wi-Fi is like air and we take this very seriously at The Working Club. We make sure you have a private and super fast Wi-Fi connection – free of charge of course.
Is there parking available?
No, there is no on-site parking at The Working Club. However, there are parking garages and lots located nearby.

How do I book a desk or an office?
Through the Working Club App: this way you will have immediate access to all the services in order to make your experience unforgettable!
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
A cancellation is a priori not possible after your booking, but for any inquiries feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to find a solution.
Is it possible to extend my stay in the same desk/office?
Sure, if your office is available you can extend your stay through the App. If your desk or office shouldn’t be available, you can book a new space…with a little bit of luck you’ll find one.
What are the building access hours?
For maximum flexibility, access our offices anytime through our app. For in-person support, our staff is available from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
How do I enter the building?
You just need to have the App installed on your device: the first access must be done with it. In fact, both the main door and your office’s floor door will be opened with our App.

Is the Working Club App available for iOS and Android?
The App is available for iOS and Android and you can find it on the App Store or in the Play Store.
What is the Working Club App for? Do I need the App to use my space?
The Working Club App is the heart of your experience with us. You can manage your entire stay at The Working Club, including all the booking phase (from creation, management and payment of your rent). With the App you’ll safely access both the building and your office. But most of all, with the App you’ll be able to benefit from all the available services.

Do I need to pay online for my booking?
Yes, in this way the payment standard is integrated into the Working Club App.
This allows you to manage and control all your activities from one device.
